Simon Alangde
Simon Alangde Asabo is an associate at Ayine& Partners. His area of focus includes dispute resolution, especially in commercial, banking and financial disputes as well as immovable property and matrimonial disputes. Simon Alangde Asabo has represented our clients both in court and in negotiations leading to out of court settlements. Prior to joining the firm Simon Alangde worked in the public sector for over two decades and thus brought to the firm significant competences in public procurement accounting and finance well as employment matters especially those relating to unfair and unlawful termination.
Simon Alangde Asabo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and a diploma in education, a Master of Arts (Governance Development and Law) from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds Master of Business Administration (Finance option) from the University of Ghana Legon, a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), from Montcrest University College and the Barrister at Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
