Godwin Kudzo Tameklo
Godwin Kudzo Tameklo is a partner of the law firm, Ayine & Partners. His special interest spans from Natural Resource Law, Intellectual Property Law to Commercial law. Godwin is a dynamic lawyer who through the years has fast gained substantial experience in the litigation, having represented clients in high profile cases ranging from Immovable Property Law, Oil and Gas law, complex commercial transactions and Constitutional matters at the apex court. Despite his remarkable records in civil litigation, Godwin Kudzo Tameklo serves as a defence attorney mainly in white collar offences; some which have largely contributed to a change in the country’s jurisprudence by setting new precedents.
In addition to being an avid advocate, he has immense transaction experience and has led several assignments successfully. He has also consulted for a number of organizations including Zoom lion Company Limited, J.A. Plant Pool, Dangote Company Limited, L&R Investment and Trading and Tullow Ghana.
Godwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Geography and Resource Development and he obtained his LLB all from the University of Ghana in 2007 and 2011 respectively; after which he enrolled into the Ghana School of Law and obtained a Qualification Certificate in Law in 2013. He was called to the bar in 2013 and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
